As an Organisational Consultant and Workshop Facilitator Cerrita has worked in the Media Industry, Education, Public Health, and Higher Education and the Corporate sector. She brings her experience of the systemic and psychodynamic approaches to her work with organisations and individually, helping them to address institutional and individual needs below the surface. She has a Masters from the Tavistock and Portman Foundation Trust in Organisational Consultancy and Leadership and brings this wealth of experience to her work. In 2017 & 18 she set up and delivered a community based music project in Rwanda, East Africa training teachers and communities in using Music to support Educational and Therapeutic goals for vulnerable children and their families.
